A song about finally admitting true feelings.

She smiles and lights up another cigarette for us.
Smoke fills her eyes but she doesn’t notice.
I want to know where we’re going and when.
She says that I must decide, she doesn’t mind.

She doesn’t know that I’ll go to the ends of the earth.
That I’ll turn into a shadow just to be by her side.
It’s not the distance that bothers me, it’s the insecurity.
This fear of rejection will pass, she’ll allow it.
